For this discussion post, you will practice categorizing direct quotes by themes and different social issues presented in those quotes. Please read “On Being a Cripple” in 50 Essays. Choose four  direct quotes from the text. Use correct MLA citations to format those quotes. For each quote, state what idea is presented in the quote. You do not have to fully interpret or analyze the quotes. You must explain how each quote presents a specific theme/social issue.
